I am a professional ballet dancer and certified ballet coach specializing in strength development, active flexibility and pointe preparation for dancers.
My work is focused on helping ballet students build a technically strong, stable and intelligent body — not just a flexible one.
Through years of professional training and performance experience, I recognized a common issue in dancers: flexibility without strength, repetition without correction, and technique without structure.
